👥 Who are the users?
Qrata's HighPo Hire is intended towards the recruiters (founders, co-founders, HRs, etc) who would like to get an in-depth understanding of the talents (freshers aspiring start-up jobs and young professionals mostly from Tier 2, 3 cities) in a gist while hiring.
❓ What is the hypothesis?

The recruiters of fast-moving startups often have time constraints while trying to find the most suitable candidate for their open roles. To win their trust, oftentimes, a resume or an ATS isn't quick, trustworthy and personalised enough.

🎯 What are the product goals?

The goal was to disrupt the concept of resume-based hiring with a Talent Card-based hiring. A Talent Card is a modern-day resume, that provides a 360° view of the talents including their skills, education, experience, personality traits, values, etc in a single page. The fact that it provides a complete in-depth analysis of the talent is believed to be the USP of the company, that makes the latter different from the competitors in the market .

🗣 Talking to users confirmed our hypothesis that a lot of the recruiters were in a great pressure to find the right candidate in a short amount of time. Based on the pain points, needs, etc synthesised from qualitative research, the following opportunity solution tree has been plotted and used to drive the desired product outcome through addressing each of the opportunity branch with the corresponding solution.

  • New clients - Talent Card, being the USP of the product, has been the catalyst helping new clients onboard the service, thereby increasing the revenue of the business .

  • 5,000+ Talent Cards filled - Around 5,000+ Talent Cards have been curated and filled by the Talents until March 2023.

  • 300+ Interviews - Also, it has led the recruiters jump to 300+ interviews, cutting down their time on hiring.

With a lot of people using it more and more everyday, this is one of my biggest achievements and learnings as a designer, I will look back and cherish.

❤️ My sincere thanks to the company's co-founder Monish, and developers Pramod, Hardik and Vinod.
