B2B, Supplier & Inbound Shipments (3 Iterations)
Started off with the understanding of the current way things are being operated by the warehouse, marketing and buying teams to facilitate shipments between our own warehouses and also between our warehouse and other marketplace warehouses (Amazon, Tiktok, etc). It was done by one-on-one conversations with members from the mentioned teams.

Products, Publishing & Bundles
For a single product ID, there were so many SKUs linked without a proper structure. Introducing a parent-child relationship between the SKUs and creating a hierarchy as shown in the video below. Also, it includes publishing a SKU to different marketplaces as well as creating, editing and managing bundles of products (new feature).
Redesign of the Analytics Dashboard
(3 Iterations)
For a precise and improved decision making, the Analytics dashboard has been redesigned with customisable widgets, minimal UI and improved micro-interactions.

Carriers & Rates
To manage all the carriers involved in the logistic operations of the service, we needed a functionality in our system. As shown below, every carrier updates their pricing on a seasonal basis, and we had to input this into our system to calculate the best shipping cost for our shipments being transported.
Selling Pricing Calculator
To calculate the best selling price for different marketplaces based on the given profit margin and a few other variable factors, Pricing Calculator has been designed and is ready to build.
Patch Notes
To have a good track on the releases, the Overview tab has been designed to fit Patch Notes by Devs. that consist of every feature and bug currently being worked on as well as the ones in the past.
Orders
Orders table has been redesigned based on inputs from the Buying team. Few of the changes include filtering table data based on HSCode, Brand name, etc.
Returns Management
Returns workflow had to be improved based on the feedback from customers and the customer support team. Everyday, the warehouse receives several B2B and B2C returns, and each of these returns have different touch-points (warehouse team, customer support team, customer, etc). The entire process was studied and mapped out as shown below.
Based on the devised user journey, the Returns Management functionality has been redesigned as shown below to fit the need of different user groups involved.
Packers Management
For different warehouses, we needed a simple 'start', 'stop' timer to manage the packers' time of working and an added functionality to edit the timings if needed as shown below.
